Booking Policies
Reservations & Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Bookings made within 7 days of the event require 100% payment at booking.
Services will not begin until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Any requested overtime must be paid before additional time is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The 50% retainer is non-refundable.
If the event is canceled within 7 days of the event date, all payments made are non-refundable (staffing + date held).
Reschedules are allowed one time based on availability if requested 14+ days prior to the event.
A reschedule fee of $100 may apply 8–13 days notice: $100 reschedule fee
Travel, Parking & Access
Travel within a 25-mile radius of 30087 is included. Outside that radius, a travel fee applies.
Client is responsible for parking/valet fees, tolls, and any venue-required load-in costs.
Client agrees to provide reasonable load-in/load-out access and any passes/badges required for entry.
Space, Power & Setup Requirements
Client must provide a minimum 10’ x 10’ space for the booth footprint and guest flow.
A flat, level surface is required for safe operation.
A power outlet must be available within 25 feet of the setup location.
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes prior to the start time for setup.
Attendant & Safety
A trained attendant will operate the booth at all times.
No jumping, pushing, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior on/near the platform.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
The attendant may pause or end service for safety; refunds are not provided for safety stoppages caused by guests.
Damage, Theft & Liability
Client is responsible for damage, theft, or loss caused by guests, venue conditions, or event activity.
A refundable security deposit of $250 may be required for certain venues/events and may be used to cover damage or excessive cleaning.
Connectivity & Sharing
Instant sharing (QR/text/email) may depend on venue cellular/Wi-Fi conditions. If connectivity is limited, sharing may be delayed, and content will be delivered via gallery after the event.
Media Release (Portfolio Use)
Unless requested otherwise in writing, client grants permission for Spin 360 Photobooth to use event content for portfolio/marketing.
Guests may request not to be filmed/posted at the event.
