    Do your packages include props?
    Yes, props are included with all of our booth packages except our Digital Drop-Off option. If you choose Digital Drop-Off, props can still be added as an upgrade.
    For all other packages, we provide a curated set of high-quality props along with a dedicated prop table. Select packages also include custom themed props for weddings, quinces, and other special events.


    What are the space requirements?
    Space needs vary based on the booth you choose:
    • 360 Photo Booth: minimum 10 ft x 10 ft x 8 ft
    If you’re unsure what will fit in your venue, we’re happy to help you choose the best setup.


    Is an attendant included?
    An attendant is included with all staffed experiences. 
    Our 360, DSLR, print packages, and add-ons like Ever After Messages include an attendant to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly.


    How do guests receive their photos and videos?
    Guests can receive and share content through multiple options, including:
    • Text message
    • Email
    • QR code
    • Social sharing
    • AirDrop (iPhone only)
    • Physical prints (when included in your package)


    How fast is setup and breakdown?
    Most setups and breakdowns are completed in under one hour. In some cases, timing may vary due to venue logistics like parking access, load-in distance, or last-minute layout changes.
    Can you set up outdoors?


    Yes, outdoor setups are possible as long as there is:
    • A level surface
    • Weather protection (shade/cover from rain, wind, extreme heat, etc.)
    • Access to power
    These conditions help ensure a great guest experience and protect the equipment.


    Can I extend my rental time?
    Absolutely. We offer packages for 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4+ hours, and you can add extra hours to any package. We also offer idle hours if you’d like the booth reserved on-site during breaks in your event programming.

    What events are photo booths best for?
    Photo booths work great for just about any event, especially:
    • Weddings, quinces, sweet 16s, graduations
    • Corporate events, brand activations, conferences
    • Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, celebrations of all kinds
